    Bodyfat Estimates

I am posting this pic purely for an estimate on my bodyfat percentage. Any comments on other aspects are welcomed... Let me add I am no where near where I want to be.

    Background:
I recently took a shitty bf test and it said that I was about 18% or higher. This seems too high for me, or maybe I am just living in denial because I have always been an ectomorph.

    19 years old (on Sunday)
    5'11
between 165-168 lbs (lack of wheels)
    only one prohormone cycle
1 year and 10 months training

The one noticeable flame that I will point out is my lack of shoulders, any suggestions would be great on building them up.

    Thanks, Ectomorphian

11-12% but not seeing the wheels makes it hard to say.

yea 18% is crazy high. ur about 11%-12%. once the abs start to come in you are generally around 11% and not showing the legs could effect it. but a good estimate is 11%.

Nope your BF test was wrong... but the way you hold your hands you conceal your obliques and love handles but I think a strong beer belly starts showing up, tummy extending out past pecs, etc when at 18% or higher... I dont see anything resembling 18% BF... you are not below 10% but not higher then 13% either. Rest assured, you are still ectomorph...

No lack of shoulders... your traps are really good, your biceps are respectable as hell considering your height and weight... you seem to have lagging deltoids... lateral exersizes involving machines or dumbells can work them up and for me deltoids develop faster then biceps as I think they do on most people.

Arent upright rows supposed to be more of a trap exercise than delt?

Side delt exercise for me. Atleast, that's where I feel them.

Try this side lateral dumbell exercise with thumbs facing your back. You won't be able to lift weight any higher than mid chest. Should resemble hitting someone on your side with the bottom of your fist. I got it from a MD magazine. ( see charles glass in the june issue)
