for the shoulders try heavy seated front presses on the smith machine, medium heavy side laterals, rear delts on the peck deck, and side laterals on the lateral machine. emphsize the heavy presses.

Like the biceps developement, nice work. I don't see the chest up to par, and of course it would be good to see the wheels too.

Nice development, Legs look like they have a lot of potentia...Chest looks nice, upper chest looks like it may be falling a bit behind the lower, but then again, it could be the lighting...Overall great cuts, are you looking to bulk up or shred out for the summer?
