    I don't stay that lean all year-that's pretty difficult and taxing on the ol' body. I try to never get more than 10%bf on me though. I want to thank every one for the nice compliments. I find it amazing that some say they want to look like me, that just blows my mind!! I have put a lot of time and work into it, but anyone can do it if they want it bad enough.
