I haven't done my bf.. I had only done one var cycle when those pics were taken. I have since started GH and started a cycle i had to stop AAS because I got really sick (I have sinus problems and there was mold in my apartment).. so I have been out the gym a few weeks now.
I build easily and I've been lifting for 10 years so it's more diet with me so I don't get too big, lol..
I'm moving again too (just moved 9/1) so I'll start hitting the weights seriously again in a few weeks after I move. I can't really focus until I can do it right, just kinda coasting right now...
I'm going to start a new program when I start back up, I want to lean out.
I'm 5'7 170 there. I want to be about 160, maybe 155... if I hold most of my muscle.
I was 5'7 150 at 21, 14" 13 1/2" arms before I went back to night school, worked ft and bartended I was ripped and I want to be real lean again like that...I definitely have more muscle now.Last edited by Jerzey; 10-12-2005 at 06:59 PM.

I ran one Var cycle, then started GH, then started my second cycle with Var/Primo and had to cut it short....
I am going to stay off the gear for a while now..lean out then maybe consider another cycle. I have too many other issues (sinuses, etc.) to play with gear right now.. plus, I put on about 10lbs on Var/Primo, I can't even wear some of my shirts right now with my traps/lats. Those pics were before my second cycle that I just stopped.
I was always pretty muscular, I never stopped lifting and if I kept eating, I'd keep building...

Upper body is looking really solid from what I can tell. How are the legs? Either wya looking awesome. Keep it up!

Thanks guys.. My legs are always pretty strong, I squat 225 easy on the straight bar, I don't go over 250 right now because I need to drop bf first or I'll just keep packing on muscle.

I've always held a lot of muscle, not quite this much, but my bf is definitely too high. My problem is I can't stop lifting.. people tell me up the reps but I keep them at 12-15, I get bored over that.
I'm going to start Nuge's workout 11/2 when I get moved and settled and diet strict. Once I start I work my world around it until I get my results. I'm going to keep a strict journal this time too so that when I'm done I can post it up.
The GH I went to EOD 1 IU, bloat was too much to tolerate. Maybe when I really clean up the diet I'll go back to ED but now way right now.

jerzy, you look great. i agree with Pinn. if you can lose a little bf and keep your size you'll be right on. remember, you can still lean up doing 12-15reps. just keep your cardio and diet in check. but, looks to me like you know what your doing, so who am i to give advice

Thanks guys. My bf is too high... I just need things to settle down so I can focus on just that for a while and get the cardio in early, etc. I still hit the weights hard and heavy but with limited calories, it just helps burn the fat faster and maintain my muscle.
testosterona - you are too funny, you can delete it if you want
bigrob33 - I have been told I'm a white chick with a black ass, I guess that's because it's really round Squats and deadlifts for 7 years or so will do that... I definitely have a butt and it doesn't go away even when I drop bf, lol..Last edited by Jerzey; 10-12-2005 at 08:35 PM.
