18yo natural, 5'9 220

look good if you wanna be some kind of a power lifter but as far as body goes u have tons of work to do..ur body fat looks really high..im 5'9 also and was up at 220 and my bf was like at 15-16% and didnt have half as much fat on my body...but i dunno..depends on what u want to do with yourself..if u wanna look good lose some fat but if u wanna just get big just do what youve been doing because its working

yo jeremy looking great man. can you believe im actually making a post on a message board?? how in the hell o came across your pics I have no freaking clue man. Of course I've already seen them, but I thought I'd make a post. I never visit this board anymore because 90% of the time all it says is "server too busy" or I click on a post and I'm magicly redirected back to the index page and want to throw my monitor across the room. Hey dude your looking like you might have some potential. You didn't post any back or leg picks so I cant tell. Anyways your planning on doing a show right? Are you going to try to do it naturaly or with some chemical aides?

thanks. my traps used to be my best bodypart. they actually overwhelmed everything else so i stopped training them. in most muscular they are still big but in the above poses, they aren't flexed. i'll hit them hard again

ive just been eating whole meals post workout instead. it would probably help to have some whey 2-3 times a day just for the extra protein but im still making gains
