You should have done one of those MetRx challenges where you pose before-and-after with a "USA Today" and they give away a Corvette to the best improved physique.
You would have won, by far.

You went from severely-obese to JACKED!!
So many people would have stopped at your mid-way pictures... lose alot of fat and then just stay with their mediocre body and be satisfied being slightly overweight. Congrats on sticking to it and going through the 100% transformation. Man you gotta get your story out to the masses, too many fat people sitting around doing nothing when your story could be SERIOUS inspiration.
Man I'm not even fat and im inspired as hell!!! Makes me wanna get really FAT and see if I could do what you did!!! LOL
The fact you look the way you do now leads me to believe you have great genetics... however youre before pics lead me to believe the exact opposite.. im confused

The only question I have is why is your english very broken and measurements are in metric if you live and workout in Detroit. That gym happens to be where some of the other large board members workout.

great job man. Even if you didn't lose a lb, you deserve props for doing 2 hours of cardio a day, and on a stairmaster no less. I get bored walking from my car into the gym !!!
