lavinco. i think you should have stared training naturally properly for at least a couple years and then hit the juice. IMO

Chest Development is SIGNIFICANT!!! I would hold off on that cycle, and just take what u learned from the first one and be thankful that you got away with the d-bol only and arrived where u wanted to be, the rest can be done natty!

hey lavinco how did u lose weight and put on bulk with just pyramiding d-bols? thats an amazng transormation bro, my girlfriends bro has a build like u b4 u startyed on the d-bols, wonder if it will transform him.. so guys do u think that if someone has hardly ever trained and aint nowhere there potential could put on size wiv just d-bols only or do you think its harder for someone who has been training for say 6 years witha good strict diet and routine to get that much outta d-bol??

This workout would never work without some kind of steroid in you and really is too much for anyone anyways.
I now train and eat a lot smarter than I did last year thanks to these forums.
