yeah i agree with the others here hold off on it for a bit, focus more on diet & training, and do your cardio, maybe in 12-18 months you can consider it if you are successful on trimming down... my $.02

I wouldnt touch a cycle until you loose some weight bro, I bet you got a pretty solid base underneath that fat you have accumulated, Get your diet in check and make cardio part of your regular work out routine. Cardio is best done in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal gains or losses in your case. I have found that 30-45 minutes of cardio layed out like this is best for me when i am trying to loose weight. i beast myself for a good 10-15 minutes getting my heart rate high, then lower it back to 60-70% of my MHR and go for another 15- 30 minutes.
