    Its the only pics i have right now, no leg shots because i need more work on them. I am more cut now because it has been three weeks, but oh well what do you guys think?

    Ok i will try and get some pics up of my legs by this weekend. My girlfriend put my jeans in the Washer and my phone was in there. I should get my new phone today or tomorrow. As soon as i get it i will put legs up here.

    No big deal on the legs being behind.

    When I ruptured both patellar tendons a few years back, I had to start over from square root 1 to get all my leg size back.

    So, you're already ahead of where I was! (no injury)

    Right on. I need width on my legs, if that is a word for them....lol.
    I need them to get wider. I don't really feel a pump when i do Squats i feel a pump when i do Presses. Should i do higher reps for Squats to feel that pump? If you can't give info, thats cool i understand bro. Thanks Swole.

    doing high reps will work, even if you just keep them to the first 3 sets out of 5 or 6. i have noticed that 10 reps will not pump my legs, it requires at least 20 for a couple of sets.

    also, pre-exhausting like with the swole squats routine in the workout section will give you a pump so painful you cant flex your quads for fear of popping off your knee cap
