A couple contest pics of me
Only because BigKev suggested I put it up, and who am I to argue against someone as big as him?!!! I've posted these before on other boards, so sorry if you've seen them before.

Thanks for the replies guys... this was from a local MN show back in April. 1st bantamweights. Stats at that time: 5'3" 135 fucking measly lbs. Now I'm up to 175 and fat and happy.
Blondebadboy = hehe how much you offering? j/k my diet isn't anything out of the ordinary. I know my body pretty well, and tend to like the high protein/high carb/low fat diet. Then I may adjust ratios depending on progress.
MIKE_XXL: Always nice to hear compliments from more experienced competitors like yourself. You looked great on your recent showing, by the way.
Freakout: liftin a little over 4years now. On and off the "supplements" for the last two. Nothing extravagant. Being practically a midget, lower doses (compared to what you see a lot of people on the boards use) suit me well. Diet when bulking is: anything goes! If it's within reach and there's no warning for human consumption, then I'm eating it. For the show, see above.
Thanks fellas.

Mustard,
Some guy sent me your PICS last month. It was tied to a file of contest diet. The file was very detailed and interesting but the PICS were these right here! I live in TX. By the way you were hard as a rock! I know what it is like to compete in the 145lbs range it is tough. It was a freak diahretic accident. I still won, TEHEHEHEHEH!! Yeah, and I almost bought my own ticket too. We all live and learn.
