hi there people !

im new to this group and have decided to put up ma pics from afta my first month of training. i am 18 yrs old, 5'9" tall, 187 pounds. My goal is to gewt up to bout 220 pounds solid. If you could comment on the pics please !

at 187 naturally without training you'll have no problem getting up to 220 if you devote yourself

Yeah, those wheels will bring tha weight... You look like your ready to grow bro and that shaving...lol definitely will show more definition… good work..
