Pics from last contest.........
Hey guys,
Here are a couple pics from my last show. I finished 3rd out of 13 in the middleweight class. I am getting ready for another show April 29 of this year. I am tall for a middleweight and after this next show am taking time to gain some good lean mass. Currently I'm 5'10" 200. Contest weight of 171.......

Very good contest condition...Very very hard... and grainy
I've a question tho... Do you feel you over-dieted?
Your delts look awesome.. but everything else looks flat.. like overly depleted.. that's why i asked.
In regards to last year's contest prep.. In reflection, what would you have done differently?
How long have you been competing bro?
Congrats on the placing by the way.. and best wishes for this year's prep.

I feel like I was a little flat for sure. I probably came in a little stringy but I don't feel like I overdieted. I do think was holding some water around my waste. This show was all at night so the timing is a little different than a morning prejudge/night finals show. This year I think my timing will be better. I should have a little more mass as well. Thanks for the posts guys, I appreciate it a ton.
I will post some pics next week as I start down the road to the next contest on April 29.......
