    You are really looking good. COnditioning is great for 10wks out as well!

    I noticed earlier inthe thread you have ran 1 full cycle, jsut curious are you running anythign during the prep?

    Delts and Pecs are showing striations... you should be hard as hell come show time.

    you could have done that naturally with hard work and a good diet...thats why the npc teen division sucks....to many kids juicing too early...you look good bro, no offense...good luck you will be going against a kid thats 6' 4" and 260's cut...once again a juicer but none the less good luck

    i agree entirely, you're money for 19, and please start hitting calves atleast 2times a week if u arent allready doing so. some of my boys have competed in some smaller shows recently and dudes with good calves really stand out, especially since calves really seem to be neglected by the younger generation of bodybuilding.

    hey guys thanks for everything. and yes i have been hitting calves 3 times a week for some time now. hopefully this off season im really gonna focus on putting some size on them. my weight right now is around 184 not sure my measurements , i never measure anything. but thanks again for the responses i needed them!

    Yes maybe some striations as you pointed out, but vascularity has to do with blood vessels...having veins sticking out etc.
