You look good man. Can tell that your chest is nice and thick. As far as the bf% goes, look at the pics I posted. I'm 15% in mine.

you look heavier than 210 by the way. I would have pegged you at 240 at that height.

No, I'm actually just under 210 in that pic. I think the camera puts weight on you. I'll post another pic @ 200. I did a 9 point bf% test & it came out 15%.I think 200 lbs will put me around 10% & should give me more "V" shape.

Hey bro you look very thick with a lot of mass, with a little bit of hard work you will have the V-taper you are looking for........keep pumping...XXL
