Over the years and thru the goods. Pic update
Actually this is just a quick update.
A few years ago I was 135lbs, trying to get huge.
then I took some time off and started working out again last Oct. 1st.
Did 4 weeks of dbol and went up to 174lbs from 155.
November I was trying my best to keep what I gained.
December I moved and started taking Test E. Got through almost 6 weeks and decided to quit for personal reasons. (Having my first child)
Currently I am done with PCT and maintain a weight of 167lbs at 5'8"
I am now changing my diet to cut a little while still bulking.
In a couple of months I will cut it up and try to chizzle out a little doing it the "all natural way"
Maybe in a year or so I will hit juice again when I am more ready and if I do, it will be balls to the wall then!

I think you just need to eat and not overtrain, you are a natural ectoporph..I would say train like a powerlifter 3 x week and eat everything in site and sleep whenever you can and you will grow.

I just seen this...
No disrespect bro,but there is no reason for you to cut.theres nothing really to cut.concentrate on bulking for a good yr or so then re-evaluate then.

Thanks for the advice.
My main reason for wanting to cut a little is the bloat in my face (which is not seen in the pics)
So do you still think I should bulk, bulk and bulk? When should I cut? At 200lbs?

u tryin to become a bodybuilder? if not, then don't bulk it is a lot of work and if you are just a normal person it is not worth it.

Last time i checked.. a 'bodybuilder' is someone trying to 'build his body'.. thus we are each bodybuilders.
Lavinco.. follow D-Dog's advice.. it's sound.

I recently found that I have type 2 diabetes and want to be healthy and look great while doing it.
It's always been a dream of mine to look like a pro bodybuilder but I lacked what it took to become like that.
Now I have chosen to use my illness to motivate me to stick with the goals I set.
So far it is working along with what I have learned from here.

never said nothing was not worth doing because it was a lot of work but what I'm saying is someone shouldn't really go throught bulking and cutting unless they are trying to become a bodybuilder who competes and yes narkissos I don't feel like hearing your definition of bodybuilder because you know what I mean. Why bulk up when it is not necessary, causes health risks, etc. if you're not trying to become and competing bodybuilder?

I think you've confused 'bulking up' with getting obese.
There IS a difference man.
