    before and after, 1 year apart, more pics added march 4

    here are pics of me before and after, I did a couple of cycles a few years ago and never new what I was doing, never did any pct, after the cycles, I got fat, these pics are 1 year apart, i know I have a long way to go, but I think it's a good improvement, tell me what y'all think.

    2 first pic were last winter in Dominican, other 3 were taken today
    before I was 245lbs 30+ %bf, now Im 225-230lbs 20-22% bf, gonna get down to at least 15%bf.

    Juice...what JUICE???? Im natural!! I worked real hard on cardio and diet, I do 1 hour cardio every morn before breakfast, Im on week 12 of a 18weeker of test prop and winny, I extended my cycle, was only supposed to be a 10 weeker, but then found out that I am going down south for a wedding, so didn't want to be on pct while I was away, so I turned a 10 weeker into an 18 weeker, im happy with my results so far, i was 245 in the before pic and 30%bf, now im 228 with 20-22%bf, i want to get down to 15% then take it from there

    Agreed. Keep up the cardio and the diet, and you will be to where you want to be in no time. I'm sure that you are feeling great about the results that you have received. You look good. Keep it up!

    good transformation but did you start your cycle looking like you did in the before pic? what were your doses?

    I started training hard last March and started my cycle in November, I do 75 mg ed of prop and 50 mg ed of winny, im runnin winny(shots) till the end, I take my milk thistle just in case, even though im shootin it, no sides except for a little acne, but even that was very mild, i ran some hcg 2 weeks ago because my wife noticed that my boys shrunk a bit, but sex drive and everything is good, deadliftin 4 plates, squattin 415, benchin 325 for 3, 350 for 1. things are well, feelin great...wife loves it too, btw did 6 weeks of t3 too, that really helped with the weight.

    BTW, what is the longest you should do winny? and can you do some at the first of a cycle for say 4 weeks then add it in for another 4 or 5 at the end?

    thanks guys!! You are all very encouraging, makes me want to go to the gym right now I'm so pumped!! When I first started my cycle I still didn't know what the heak I was doin and I found this forum and learnt so much, changed my cycle around, got my pct products, and read this forum every chance I got. Just want to say thanks to the vets, mods and everyone who puts input and helps the newbies like me out. For the most part everyone on here is very helpful and very resourceful, thanks again fellas and happy growin!!!

    is it oral winny or depot?
    if its oral, no way more than 4 weeks
    depot really shouldnt be more than 6 really, yuore gonna dru out so bad that you cant even throw a football around the yard

    by depot, i think you mean liquid, it's stanazol 100 liquid, looks like milk, im going to do my pct take some time off get blood work done and then do another cycle, can i run the winny for the first 4 weeks and then the last 4- 6 weeks with test prop all the way through?

    i mean you can but you wont want to, its gonna make it hard to do any training that involves the elbows and knees, which is everything, elbows for me get hit the worst

    i did winny depot (injectable) for 5 weeks and my elbows hurt when i di anything, even bang my girl

    winny in the beginning isnt really gonna help that much anyway, you should run var in the beginning i thinik

    var is way better for strength, no sides, kicks in quick, just4 drink lots of water and take liver cleaners (as you should always on cycle)

    you take 50mg of var a day, in the morning, post workout and 3 hours b4 bed, it keeps me up any closer to bed time

    I'm 36 years old, I try to keep the diet clean most of the time but do mess up sometimes, I eat 2500-3000 cals a day, usually 2-3 protein shakes, lots of lean beef, chicken breast, brown rice, salmon, green veggies(spinach, broccoli, etc.) oatmeal, yams, i do cardio at leat 5-6 times a week in the morn for 1 hour on empty stomach before brekky, and I do a bodybuilding workout 4 times a week. I found that the 6 weeks of T3 really helped out alot, I think my thyroid was running a little sluggish.

    not sure if your being sarcastic, but I know it's me in the before and after, to say it's the same guy is not true, I'm not the same guy now than in the before pics, I look like a different person, I feel like a different person, I am a different person

    Gret Job Man , Your an insperation for a guy like me thats just starting to get involved in the weights well about 2 months ago i was a fat slob then i got a membership and a nutrionist now im addicted to the gym ,weights ,diet and cardio ive droped 10 pounds gonna get to 225 then startd bulking and then cutting i look forward to showin everyone the before and after

    i agree with the others, that's huge progress for 1 yr. Most don't have that much motivation (Look at all those people who join the gym after New year's, come for a few times but then call it quits!!!) , but a few of us including yourself do
