ok bros time to get back int he sattle after about 7 months of letting myself go due to traveeling work buying a house its time to get back in the game


just a couple of quick ?s what do u think my bodyfat is in this pic? i just changed gyms to get a fresh start and u have to do a mini physical before they let u on the floor.

i got my bf done and it seemed a little higher then i thought they used a machine i hadnt heard of they typed in my weight and body frame size she said large she attached some thing to my arm and said it sends a signal to my bones and depending on how long it takes to get there it will tell us my bodyfat

anyone heard of this ?>
