What the mind believes, the body can achieve. Keep up the good work. You'll be dialed in by June.

Your leg size is awesome, but you don't look very hard to me. Your upper arm size looks okay and maybe the width of your back. There isn't a side shot so I'm not certain, but you don't appear to be thick for that bodyweight. How tall are you? The not being tan doesn't help, but I'd sure guess you higher than 14.8% bf. I really don't see muscle seperation and definition like I would think you'd want three months out from a show, imho, but I'm definitely not an expert. I think you have a good build, but lots of work to accomplish in three months.

Good work. I dont know if you will be ready for a show. Your bf% is more likely 17% I would think, maybe 18%. Hard to be precise but when i was at15% I had a lot more seperation than you and more vascular as well. Not trying to flame, I just think you may be underestimating the weight you need to drop before the show.
You look nice and big, but I would wait for a show, chest I would say is ur weak point from those pics. Legs are big, arms look fine.

yea I agree with C Bino, You should be around 10% at the most when you are 3 months out. You may be able to pull it off but trying to get to a low bf% in such a short amount of time will affect your size. You look thick just don't lose it in the final months and enter the show smaller than expected.....
Good luck

A rushed contest prep will do just that.
Honestly i'd say it'd take you 16-24 weeks to get into competition shape, while holding on to as much muscle as possible (note i said muscle.. not 'size' or 'weight'.. as both those terms seem to be interchangeably used on the forums for some strange reason )
My advice?
Take a later contest.

I'd wait until next June also, much work needs to be done but you have a great foundation.
No offense but even in novice competitions you'll be up on stage with guys with much better development and conditioning.
I don't see you winning the comp. in June.
