26 pound in 6 weeks
hi guys i have been working out now for 5 months after my first month ov intence workout i started a course ov 1mg ov suss a week and 40 mg ov blue hart danabol ds a day i am working out 4 times a week and have gaind 26 pounds in 6 weeks my diet could be beeter and i no i realy shouldent be on a cycle yet but i want to be able to take my top off in the summer without people laughing at my skinny body .i am 23yo and weigh 160 pounds .the pic ov me in the white t shirt is last year when i was not working out and i was127 pounds .what do u guys think

Nice weight gains! The others are going to flip when they see you started gear 1 month after training. You should have waited but nice gains none the less.

MAN!!!!!! why not do it natty.........? 5 months ant shit......You going to regret it, you could of trained natty for months then done the gear and got even more out of it your going to crash when you come of dude....

i plan on comeing off in 6 weeks and i am going to doubble my training and eat like an animal i just wanted to get a good body off the juice and see how i hold it whaen i come off .i was working out last year for about 6 months without juice and gained about 13 pounds but i got lazy and stoped and lost the lot.i was also useing extraboline deca for the past 3 weeks but i have stoped it now as i have been told it it is fake

enjoy the gains while you have them because without training experience your body will drop all that weight lightning fast when you stop. bad decision, there is NO reason you should have even thought of a cycle. ridiculous.

i gained 50+ lbs my first year lifting natural
im not here to bash you, good job on your gains but i suggest you go natural after you come off for ATLEAST a few more years
i just started my fifth year of lifting natural and i still have ATLEAST three more years until i start juicing

well u started juicing early but its your choice ,u wont loose all your gains with good pct and diet ,even if u had a shitty diet and training u will atleast retain some of your gains ..

Do a solid PCT and work your balls off like you were still on gear...you will keep a lot and keep gaining if you keep everything in line.

guys thanks alot for them comments some ov the other guys said i will lose the lot .i plan on working very hard once my cycle has finished and i am getting my pct soon ..realy happy that some ov you said i will keep my gains .thanks thats what this forum is all about

The key to keeping at leas some of your gains will be a soild PCT. I like the growth though. Im aiming for 200lb by the end of the year and am focusing on bulkin till at least this christmass. I aint doin any steroids though. It is temptin though looking at your gains

thanks mate i am amazed myself at the gains i have put on i think the pct will my be the key to hold my whight .i still have 6 weeks left on my course and i am going to doubble my suss intake to 2 ml per week insted ov 1 .so i should be about 180 to 190 at the end ov my cycle ...........bring it on.................

usually six pack comes between 8-10 percent and below, this is a good guide if you dont have callipers

another reason its good to lift naturally for a while before you juice is so you can tough out coming off the cycle. It will test your commitment and motivation.

My friends say I am getting too big also. I haven't done my cycle yet....three weeks hopefully. Just messing with you. You should keep a log in the cycle results forum so we can keep up with this. Good luck man I hope you keep everything you have gained and still are able to grow natty.

blue harts are very good i took 40mg a day for my base drug .they are top stuff for gains but do not run a dbol cycle only stak brill with suss and dont run them for no longer than 8 weeks

to put things in persepctive for you your claiming 5 pounds in a week and 26 in 6 weeks. your averaging 4 pounds a week. if you started the cycle @140 and put on on 26 pounds, you've gained @ 15% of your total bodyweight in 6 weeks. hence the reason why keeping your gains will be especially problematic. the human body has evolved to maintain homeostasis and that type of increase is not natural. this is the reason why you will lose a great deal of what you've gained. also, i would bet my life that 70% of what has been gained is all water and if your not using an ai or a serm your estrogen levels are through the roof using 1 ml of sus a week making the water gains that much more dramatic (your blood levels must be all out of wack).
i guess good job because i dont want to seem like a hater but seriously, you have no real training experience and no real diet. things in life dont come easy but with aas they'll sure be lost quickly doing things the way you are. and all this so you can look average with your shirt off. pretty silly in my opinion.

thanks for your coments tim tim i know what you are saying but we all start some were i no i am a novice and should not be on a cycle .as for training i would kick your ass in the gym ..when i come off my cycle my pct is going to be solid and my workouts are going to be that intence that my arms will be so tight they will be bursting .as for my diet 5 weight gainer shakes a day 4000 calls and 200 grams of protien a day lots ov carbs and i no i will hold what i have gained well

man my work out looks like this monday lat pull downs 5 sets ov 10 @ 80kgs machine rows 5 sets ov 12 @ 90kgs one arm rows @ 40kgs 4 sets ov 8 barbell shurgs at 100kgs 3 sets ov 8 .behind head pull ups till failer...tue incline press at 80kgs 4 sets ov 8.. flat 4 sets ov 10 @ 90kgs decline 4 sets 8 @ 60kgs pec machine @ 80kgs till failler..wed rest .........thurs bd curls 6 sets ov 30kgs .ez bar curls 5 sets ov 12 @ 40kgs .i will post the rest ov my work out tomorrow .

i used whight gainer drinks last year 3 a day and gained 14 pounds just on that with a shite diet so if i up it to 5 i think it will be good to hold my gains off the juice.....my diet now 8 am 4 poased eggs 4 toast large bowl ov ready brek.... 10am weight shake.....12pm 2 large ovend spuds with tin ov tuna and tin ov beans...........3pm whight shake with brown rice and 3 chick fillets ..........7pm wight shake with cott chese an crackers ....10pm cream cake with shake and low fat youget.......4 pinks ov semi skimed milk thou the day as well with the odd muffen here and there

just because you hit a little gear and blow up with water means nothing, you wouldnt even gather up my attention if we were in the same room. but i guarantee if we were in the gym you'd be watching me crush weight all over the place.
if you would like a serious critique of your physique, here we go:
cut - your skinny, i sure as shit hope your cut
what needs work - everything because it doesnt even look like you work out
recommedations - keep cycling till you have bad side effects, come off and blame the gear for your ailments, lose everything you've gained, and then be another mindless drone who speaks of the evils of steroid use .
