It's all good bro, had I been agreeing with the musclebound freak that is Lavinco (as I assume you thought I was) then your response would have been entirely warranted.

    1 (4:30PM): 10 egg whites, 1 1/2cup oatmeal, 1 table spoon of flax oil

    2 (07:30PM) 1 chicken breast, 2 sweet potatoes,

3 (09:30PM) 1 cup of brown rice, 12 egg whites,

4 (11:30PM) 1 Can of Tuna, 2 table spoon of Mayo (regular), 1 handful of Unsalted peanuts-dry roasted

    5 (01:30AM) 40g whey, 1 cup oatmeal

    (2:15AM) TRAIN

    6 (3:30AM) PWO 50g whey 100g dextrose

7 (4:30AM) PPWO 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup brown rice
-1 hour following PWO (notice the times but again this is just letting you know timing between meals and not the exact time since you have a different schedule.

8 (7:00AM) 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablespoon flax oil

Total Calories: 3964 calories right now.

(Subtract 458 calories burned from 1 hour of workout)

    = 3506 Calories

    (A rough Estimate)
    Carbs: 456g
    Protein: 340g
    Fat: 90g

Dont mind the timings. Go according to your time schedule.
is it just me or are the times messed up in that diet... other than that it looks goood

I dont know about jelly and honey in the middle of the night either... But I was going to suggest eating something in the middle of the night along with frequent meals during the day ( Never have your stomach hungry ). But you dont have to overeat either. I'm not a fitness or diet professional ... But i was an Ectomorph Hardgainer like yourself when i first started and before resorting to supplements and things of that sort... I made sure I was eating a high calorie diet . Goodluck man and keep up the determination !!! Look for my diary in the forums in a few weeks ...

This is good information. Anyone have thoughts onto how to get definition when the bulking is complete? I have packed pounds but I have no definition. I don't want to do cardio to cut down fat or I may loose my gains. Any thoughts?

This should be in a new thread, but you are mistaken, cardio will not cause you to lose gains. Your diet will.

this is complete . sorry, not flaming you at all or trying to start an issue -not my goal here. the numbers speak for themselves, complete bs. there is no way what you claimed happened unless you are testing out a myostatin inhibitor because the human body would NEVER allow for such a change, especially in the time table you say, even with aas.
I know it sounds crazy, that's why everybody in my school thought I was taking steroids . I only started the AAS after I gained all the weight to help me harden up and cut fat while still staying big. IMHO it is much easier to go from fat to beastly than to start from nothing. Maybe it won't work for everyone, but after two years of really hard work and doing what I said, I am unrecognizable. The only negative points are that I have aweful stretch marks now and I had high blood pressure (only when I initially gained the weight - it's fine now.)

Just a thought homie. Look into the muscle fitness 3 month workout program. The first month is a blitzing bulking workout. With a high calorie and protein diet i went from 163 to 190 all natural. Cell Tech, Whey protein, Glutamin aside. I have been as big as 220 on juice though before giving them and lifting up so i could serve the Lord. So i do have some muscle memory but everyone that has done it has at least put on 10-15lbs in four weeks. Just a thought. God Bless!
