    yeah you definatly got some muscle back there, your traps are solid, and you can tell there is a lot of definition in the middle of your back

    Hm..hands at your sides and try to contract and pull your lats forward..takes a lil practice to get it..

    I was about to ask you the same... I'm right at 225.... but its good I maintained though all my stress... What are you at dude... I know you wanna cut down I'm just in favor of you to just keep pounding away for another year... You'd have so much maturity as far as body comfort with holding more mass. Anyway, screw my babble

    Those are right over one year apart... black trunks in 3/15/03 @ 219-222 and white trunks in 4/13/04 @ about 227-230.

    if youre going to do a dbl bicep pose to show off your back avoid pulling your arms backwards. i dunno how to explain, dont bring your shoulder blades togethor, or you really cant tell much on the back. thats how i see it
