A recent pic from last Monday
here i am... i Have about 1,000 more pix from last Monday I felt like I did ok, I used dandilion root to cut water.. It worked ok, should have cut water a tad earlier next time.....
27, 5'7" 170lbs (down from 195-200)

Agreed, nice body (look like a fitness model).

On the real though, when u come out and say something like that, it sounds hella defensive. Better to just say nada at all, then you don't draw attention
to yourself. Now everyone assumes you take steroids .

true... only reason i ask is that usually its one of the first questions...
i have been training for around 10 yrs never taking more than 2 weeks off at a time. My diet is not "too" strict. I eat around 7 meals a day, 150 carbs a day (mostly pwo).... basically just eat clean.. right now i'm eating like a fatmess though! I was doing cardio 4-5 days a week 45 min in the am on an empty stomach.
its weird cause i feel great at like 195-200, but it takes me to go down to 170 to really see my abs well... My goals are to look better every year and maybe do a show some time.. Thanx for all the positive comments they really help me out mentally!

I would say my body fat was around 10-13% when I was around 200 lbs..(i measured a couple times).. I held fat in stomach/butt area, but my abs were still visible when flexed.

Dang man, not to sound weird but ur build is the exact build im going for. Its funny because Im around 173-178 5'11 and no where as near schredded as you. But then again Im only 19 and have been training seriously for 1 1/2 year coming from a severely overweight fat mess. If you dont mind me asking what does your training split look like and other tips you can give me to cut these last 5-10 pounds of fat off so my abs can finally pop out.

Corey, at 19 yrs old and working out for a yr and a half, sounds like your on the right track. Just keep working out and don't think about it "too" much.. one thing i learned is that this stuff def takes time. My routine would be pointless to give you because I'm constantly switching it up every other week... Some weeks I do one body part a day, other weeks two or more. I would just try what u research on the forums.... and esp. the diet section, its great..
but one thing that i can stress... when u workout just make sure you are hitting the muscle you are working out on getting the most out of the exercise, and forget about how much weight you can put up
