Cutting...will I be there by July?
Sup bros? Long time no see. Been busy w/ school and all, but I still drop by to learn a new thing or two! I've been cutting since about Mid January, gone from 200lbs. to 180lbs....I'm trying to look good for the beaches this summer, and just wanting to get shredded. This is me as of right now:
5'8
180 lbs.
16" arms
33" waist
43" chest
27" legs
Hit me up with some strengths and weaknesses. I think that probably me shoulders are a strong point, and back definately a weakness, just let me know what you guys think.
ALSO.....ignore the goofy faces....I would have covered that up, and cropped my fiance out, but I don't have a program for that right now. Anyways, open for criticism bros!

You ask if you will be there by July. The answer my friend is that it all depends on where "there" is. I would doubt that you are going to be at 8% bf by July, but I think 13-14% is very feasible.

I am talking like 10% or below, I will take better pics, because I believe I am already about 13%.

Anyway you seem to have a real smooth look to you(not a good thing)
Are on ANYTHING that would bloat you?
I think you could bprobbaly get down to 10% pending your diet and cardio is 110% otherwise in two months time.. to loose all that fat you will be sacraficing a lot of muscle.

Okay more pics. I do have a smooth look though. But do you guys think I'm in the 12-13% range? I may not get to where I want to be by July, but I'm at least moving in the right direction...I had always gone for a quick cut and ended up sacraficing lots of muscle. This time I've slowed it down a bit and hopefully come July I'll have a body to be proud of. I think that slowing down the loss has helped alot. Last year I had a 32" wait at 165lbs. As of right now my waist is 32.5" at 180lbs.

i think you are in 14% bf range, you can lower it to 11-10% by july is you REALLY bust your ass!

supersetting squats with lunges and doin the elliptical machine really helped me define my legs in the past and as for abs, i dont hav any so i cant really help u there but ur girl is lookin amazing in that department id ask her for some help there... the chest usually gets more defined with running and back too although doin dealifts are very import and something like a high rep back ext and high rep lateral pullups (put ur feet on a chair, lay on ur back, and reach up to grab a straight bar like on a squat rack or sumtin, then jus pull urself up) <--- these are mad hard at first but work great.... good luck and bust ur ass

I personally do not think you are at 13-14% right now. You do have decent size however, and I think cutting a couple BF % will definently bring that out more. Are you running ECA or ECY stacks right now?

I think in a week, I will probably be starting a clen journal in this forum, with weekly pictures, and measurements, and daily updates on side effects and training. Also considering T3, but have not yet made up my mind, as I am a little worried about being catabolic, since I will not be running it with any AAS. Anyways, just a heads up to anyone interested....and also a bump for more comments on the pics, what should I prioritize in my workouts, does anything seem largely out of proportion to you guys?

Good work cutting down since January. If you want my opinion on bf% I would say around 15%, I am not meaning to get your hopes down or anything, but I am looking at overall body, your stomach doesnt look bad at all, but when I look at your arms in the bicep pose etc it lacks a little definition that I think would be seen around 13%. Nothing to be discouraged about, just my honesty.
Nark gave you the right advice, get your diet up in the diet forum and we will help your perfect it do you can reach your goals. There are always new ideas floating around and things you can change, so let us help you with it.
You look good tho man, keep it up and dedicate yourself to your goals and you will make it.

Thanks bros. I will get my diet up. It is basically the "Unofficial cutting diet". There's really not a lot to tweak I would think. Using sweet potatos PPWO, shakes w/ dextrose, and the other meals consist of tuna and chicken w/ breakfast being oatmeal. I was using cottage cheese but I dropped that a week or so ago.
And Big k.l.g. naw bro, just ordered some clen ...I will be utilizing that for probably about the next 6 weeks.
And C, thanks for your input. I do have trouble getting definition in my arms. I will put some more pics up in maybe a week or two. I didn't take it as a flame. I don't have a goal bf % really. I mean if I can look good at 11%, then I'll stick at 11%, I just want to achieve some decent definition.
