Diet and enough cardio will cause fat loss if you get it right. I think the lipo and surgery are a little extreme.

Narkissos, thank you for the attempt to help bro, let me elaborate.

dieting: I have been following basic principles and carried my food wherever I went for 6 years.
    Dieting principles:
    Many small meals
Each meal cont at least 50% prot.
Try not to combine carbs with fat
Protein sources: Lean red meat, chicken breast, tuna, cottage cheese.
Carb sources: Barley, oat meal, wild rice
Fat sources: Flax seeds, scrumbled flax seeds. flax seed oil.
Never ate anything else out of the list. just many times overate in terms of quantities, I have a prob with apetite probably because of many hard workouts and AS.

I tried low and no carb diets (high fat), it sucked big time for me. I had a pro nutritionist compose a diet for me and eversince I follow the principle of 50% prot 30 carbs 20 fat from the above list of foods.

Current diet is based on tuna with vinegar. 6-7 meals. sometimes I add some barley rusks or flax seeds or scrumbled flax seeds. Post - mid weights workout meal is a drink with 20g dextrose malto, 20g whey isolate, + some aminoacids.

weight lifting: mainly HIT for the last year. all workouts are based on compounds (deads or squats). been lifting for 14 years.

cardio: dont like normal cardio BUT i do very high intensity kickbox workouts (1 hour each) 3-4 times a week.

year round AS (incl tren ): generally low dose - no orals. base is 1g bold. I stay year round and change compounds frequently, sometimes i do a 2 week blast. Current cycle is 350 tren enanth / week, + 250 test enanth/week. By the way , i do frequent blood tests, everything is great.

dnp : used that only 4 times in 4 days high dose cycles (400 600 600 400). never got to manage my apetite on that and never got any results. and felt like complete shit.

ephedrine: use occasionally preworkout for energy. never used ED but plan to do so now.

    t3: I just did 1 cycle before 2 weeks. 25 25 50 50 50 50 75 75 75 75 100 75 off. on day on the 100 my heart was beating like crazy so i had to stop. lost 3lbs. never plan to do it again.

yohimbine: in fat burners i use sometimes as redline, lipodrene

sibutramine: i used that recentry with the t3, was very impressed at 1st, really decreased apetite but after 10 days all sides came up as huge increase in apetite, really bad constipation. fatigue, etc.

GH: did 3 serostim kits many years ago, maily alone (mistake) or sometimes with some deca . only thing noticed was pain in wrists, skin became softer, nails and hair grew much faster, and water retention. nothing else.

lipo: last may i did a lipo in lower and upper abs, took out 300ml of topical fat.

abdominoplasty: last aug i had a bike accident and i had to be 2months in bed (broke the bone that connect the neck-chest with shoulder) anyway, so since i had the cash then i did the abdo that mainly fixed the loose skin from lipo and took out some fat from lower abs.

current plan is continue with the HIT weights, kickboxing, continue the 350 tren, (even take out test or decrease it at 250 EOWeek - use low dose exemestane-dostinex as well) maybe do ephedrine ED, and keep on with the diet of maily tuna with balsamic vinegar and flax seeds, and play with the amout of carbs.

I also have some anavar turinabol and anabrol that i might add. (drol helps a lot in decreasing apetite)

    Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have been spinning your wheels for a long time, i highly suggest you visit the cutting stickie in the DIET forum and post a sample diet and we can pick it apart..and you do not like "regular' cardio? It is safe to assume these kickboxing classes keep you out of the fat burning zone (more than likely anyway).

I would suggest you suck it up and jump on treadmill or an elliptical and keep your HR at 65-75%

How bad do you want this? If you want it bad enough you will come to like cardio cause it is one of the most important factors when cutting BF.

I would also drop all the gear usage until you have your diet perfected and are getting good results cleanly. Cart before the horse scenario. I am at a point myself that i need to tweak my macros a bit to continue shedding BF, most of the time the problem lies in macros.

    Good luck...

Actually the kickbox is not a regular kickbox training that would take me in and mostly out (aerobic - anaerobic) of fat burning. It is a session for speed. Its aerobic. I think that it is even more effective than doing the treadmill. Extremely intense for 1 hour nonstop. we have only 1x5 seconds to drink some water.

Well if its extremely intense it definitely could be putting you above fat burning zone and more in ATP and fast glycolysis but not fatty acid oxidation.
Even if you hate treadmill cardio Im sure it cant be worse than those barely husks my friend.

But like Murilo said post up your routine in the workout forum and your diet in the diet forum and get some constructive cristicism that may help you out.
You look good tho man, keep it up.
