Here are some updated pics, i am 5 weeks out and i have a lot of work to do...i am 6'1 and 249.5 pounds on friday the 19th of May am hoping to be on stage at 225-230pounds...i have my competition log in the comp q&a forum...

If so no way ? you look alot heavier than 150 ...that looks maybe 205 or 210 ?

Thanks, i will try and get her to put some up asap...but i dont tyhink sh ewill till after we are done the show, or just before....she is a girl, and doesnt show the pics till she is 100% and i think she is almost there but you know how it is...

1) you are right i am prolly closer to 6 weeks out, but i have upped my cardioo, an di started my diet late due to a wedding i had to attend and couldnt start my diet till i got back...no excuse, but i have made a lot of progress in the 2 week since before and even last time i seemed a little behind until prolly 3 weeks out then i was spot on...so i am sure i will getthere i just need to really stay focused and keep my mind sharp...

2) the lighting and the angle of the pics were bad, i looked way better in person...but no excuses...

thats what i would do bump up the cardio a lil bit...but regardless of lightin i can tell ur a swole muthfcker...muscular as hell...

Thanks again for all the encouragment fella's... i went and got weighed today and i am down to 240, so i will drop 5 this week and next to be at 230 at 2 weeks out, then drop 7 when i drop water and gain 5-7 with carb/fat loading...so i should be pretty close to my guess of 228 on stage, dry and peeled...
