looking great for mass. now just throw in alittle tren and some igf and maybe some t3. and things will start popping. make sure to keep going heavy on the biceps. maybe change your bicep and tricep routine around alittle, i started doing half reps with more weight and that got my biceps popping alittle. personally i think your arms are fine just need to cut now.

haha hey mark, glad to see you joining the board! looking great in your avvy!

i was training a five-day split: monday- back. tuesday- chest, wednesday- legs, thursday- delts/traps/neck, friday- biceps/triceps/forearms. have been doing this for almost a year id guess, and had good results id say. In the past i have done biceps with back, then i switched it up and did them with chest, and triceps with chest, then switched to triceps with back. i have tried many routiens for arms, and am currently once again training back.biceps, then chest/triceps. When i train my arms on a seperate day, il do 10-12 sets on both bi and tri. if i train biceps or triceps with chest or back, il tend to do 9 sets. currently using slightly higher reps in the 12-20 range, and tend to use pyramid sets. afew montsh ago was using lower (5-8)reps, all these methods have been enjoyable, but none seem to have made the arms catch up. any ideas then let me know. thankyou very much for the responses guys

Your lats are you rstrong point and arms are your weak point IMO.

    Chest is nice too.

You look great but if you had bigger arms you would look better.

    KEEP IT UP MAN!!!!!!!!!

im 21 years old, 5'9, just under 200lbs right now. id estimate my bodyfat at 15-18%. any guesses at my bodyfat here would be much appreciated.

id say my strengths are shoulders, back and chest. my abs suck, but like i said, am alittle fat. my arms are pretty poor, especially forearms. all is being worked on ofcourse

wow bro, your back is huge. what do you rep on lat pulldowns? the whole stack with one hand?

your back and shoulders look great bro! I would say work on your bis and tris more - particularly the bottom of your biceps closest to your elbow. Do more concentration curls and make sure you get a good stretch in your bi on the negative of the reps.

I would say bodyfat is around 14% or 15%. Just because u have fat on your abs doesn't mean you're fat allover - some people store more fat in a specific area while others don't. I'd say just keep getting bigger man. Sh*t, keep going all the way up to 250lbs and then once you get that big cut the fat off and you will be a BEAST at a shredded 220lbs or so!
