All natural, looking to cycle. What do you guys think? 21yrs old/175lbs/6'

    My measurements are

    bi's- 14in
    ab- 32in
    neck-15in
    weight- 175lbs

I am 21 and work out every day, my diet is super strict, I eat every 3 and half hours, 40/40/20 (protein/carb/fat), although my fat is never all there.

I lift for about an hour a day (supersets with very little rest time between sets (less then a minute). I do 4X14rep sets of each workout, so I will do something like 14 reps of incline press and then immediatly 14 reps of wide grip pull ups, wait 45 seconds, and keep going. I do this to maximize my time spent in the gym. I then do 15-20 minutes of cardio.

I want to try a cycle, but I am very afraid to buy anything like this online, hoping to find a local source here in DFW, but who knows. You guys got any suggestions on a good first cycle to build up some mass? Any tips/tricks would be bery appreciated, as well as comments on my pictures.

    Thanks!

OK well cycling is not for you at this stage man. You are too young and too light. You can put on alot more natuarlly I can assure you. You are over training to the max and I suspect your diet isnt as good as you think. Post up your workout routine in the workout forum and your diet in the diet forum and lets have a look at what you are doing. By the way you are an ugly mofo, you want to look into that as well

Definently don't plan a cycle just yet. Check the diet and workout forum for more help on what you should be doing to add mass. Chances are you have a very fast metabolism and need to overcome that with a LOT more calories.

i was your exact size at 21 and had the urge to try aas. i waited and don't regret it for one minute. i got up to 210lbs and my strengh doubled in 3 yrs. naturally. i am now 24 and currently doing my first cycle. test is amazing stuff!! clean, high calorie diet and lots of training is all you need right now. you train for the next 2-3 years and put on at least 25 lbs, then you may consider aas. hope you take the advise, you'll thank me later. good luck!!

its nice to see guys make a smart decision. everyone is different on diet and routines, but you probably have a fast metabolism. stock up on natural peanut butter, it works wonders for me. eat at least 4000 calories, 300g protein, 400g carbs, 120g good fat. no fast food, chips, cookies etc. just clean calories. don't forget to treat yourself a couple times a month. i usually go w/ a big greazy pizza. don't overtrain, 4 days a wk. is plenty. i like to change up my routines, to keep my body guessing. right now i work bis tris day1, legs abs day 2, back day 3, chest shoulders day 4. go heavy on weight, low rep, 2 min between sets. i don't do any cardio when bulking, i feel weak w/o fat on me. be patient you will grow, it took me several years to finally hit 200lbs.

I wouldn't stack your carbs and fat together, but that's just me. Break your meals down to pro/carb or pro/fat and alternate them.

Definitely post your diet and look into the sample diets. I am 20 years old and put on 20 pounds with the help of the fine people on these forums (all natty). stock up on your protein and wholesome food and strap yourself in for a trip.

And damn bro, reading your workout. That has gotta change, especially if you're trying to gain. Listen to the people hear on the forums and you will get a better feel for both what your diet and lifting should be to obtain your goals. Good luck.

I would wait till you get up to 200 lbs add some creatine or NO or something. Maybe if you are dead set on trying something. try a cycle of IGF-1 low side effects and looks like it would fit your body. I wouldn't touch anything hardcore yet till you've been working out for a few more years like you are now. I trained for three years religiously before my first cycle and I'm 28. I'm a lot more thicker than you though (not as lean). I'm a mass freak I guess. Your in good shape all natural at your age though. i think creatine and No2 will put another 15-20 pounds on over an extensive amount of time...get you a little thicker.
