yea im all natural so far the only supps i take are no-xplode and recently started takin nitrix with it.

u looke pretty good, 10 or 11% would be about right. once you cut down some more you're abs are gonna look awesome, they have a very good shape to them.

u look good, abs esp., hard to tell but looks like ur arms could use some more size but at 18 you've got a good base. traps could also use some attention.
