    my weight stayed +/- the same but I dropped about 2% bf...I must be at 12% and I wat to go to 8-9% in 4 weeks...

    my 10 weeks cutting cycle looks like this:
    - progressive carb decrease til week 6
    -4 weeks before the end TOTALLY cut the carbs: I do it cause I ahve an incredible slow metabolism,so it seems to be a good way to "shoke" him.
    -cardio from 40 min 4Xweek to 1 hour 6Xweek
    -cytomel for 6-8 weeks
    -winny 50 mg ed for the final 8 weeks
    -ECA stack

    I still have 3 weeks to run,it begins to be really hard!!!
    I finish this cycle to be as cut as possible (8% would be good) and in september I begin a 5 months cutting cycle with tons of trenb,eq,test,winny GH and slin !!!
    I WANT TO BE THE NEXT SCOTT STEINER lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
