Hey, good transformation! If you want more definition then I would look to clean bulk so that you gain a little muscle mass. You can then cut to reveal your abs and newly aqquired muscle!

What I've been doing is going to the gym at least 4 days a week. I'm in Iraq, and the gym we have is crap, so I have to make do. I do a lot of improvising on work outs. I read some of the muscle magazines, but I get most of my advice from menshealth.
As for diet, I don't have an option, I eat what is brought to me at my location. The army is pretty good at delivering healthy food, but if they bring fried chicken I really don't have a choice. My only other option is to starve that day. I drink nothing but water, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and green tea that my girlfriend sends from Germany. I also eat flaxseed with my cereal in the morning.
The only supplements I currently use are 5mg of creatine monohydrate, and whey protein. I tried using meso-tech as meal replacements but I nearly throw up everytime I drink it. I used to take amino acids from twin labs, but ran out
I've been thinking about trying thermogain.

No, thats my friend, we're in the same unit. I try and tell him he doesn't need all those supplements and that he needs to go to the basics, but he doesn't listen.

Awesome transformation bro, especially considering the time period, the gym you have to work with, and your lack of diet options where you are at.
Keep up the good work.
