First pic post!
Hey everyone. Ive been working out hard for about 6 or seven months now. When i started i was only 150lbs and now I'm 165lbs. But im 6'2" so im still skinny. I am trying to bulk right now i got my calorie intake at about 4000/day and about 200grams of protein a day also. I wanna get up to about 190. Just looking for a critique and some advise. THanks

neone else having trouble opening the pics? hard for me to tell w/ the pics so small, but 15 lbs is good progress thus far. one piece of advice is when the gains begin to come more slowly (b/c they will at some point) don't become discouraged, just keep at it and have faith tht your hard work will pay off.

good gains . stay natural ( don't fall on sh1t trap ) , you will increase mass and strength very quick
Keep in mind that train + eating + rest is the key of your goal .
Good luck and keep us updated.

You got it... hard work in the gym + eating right + getting enough rest = good natural gains. Keep it up! BTW, how old are you?

19, hmmm... you might experience another possible growth spurt. I don't know about other AR members, but when I turned 20-21 (can't remember exactly) I grew almost another inch and put on about 20 lbs. Other guys on the uni football team had similar experiences. You've got youth on your side dude, so do the right things (train hard, eat right, sleep well) and it'll happen. Whether or not to use AAS is 100% your choice, but I think some of the more experienced AR members will advise you (and rightly so) to wait. Regardless, good luck!

You are like me - I started out first time ever in a gym at 6'1 (doc says 6'2..lol) and I weighed 138 lbs. Now granted I had shoulder surgery, then quit lifting for a while and lost back down to about 150lbs.
Right now im sitting at about 185lbs - and the weight has come back fast. Just keep doing what you're doing bro. 15lbs in 6 months are solid gains.
