List your current workout Fosk.
Your traps aren't out of proportion I just think your frame is built a bit differently genetically and you probably aren't doing the proper lifts for overall development which isn't helping things.
You're still very young so learning as much as you can about proper diet/training will do you wonders if you plan to keep up this lifestyle.

wow, gallin and fosk you two sound like twelve year olds. you have both made good improvements, you dont look great (yet) but you are certainly on the right path. why not try and motivate instead of this bollocks?
anywho, fosk, your traps dont overpower your other body parts, keep up the hard work and you will come along nicely. at this stage none of your muscle groups are developed enough to make you look unbalanced

Just keep working to bring everything else up to par with your Traps. IMO I don't think they are out of porportion to the rest of your shoulders. Everyone has one bodypart that sticks out the best, mine is my Shoulders, some are arms, legs, back.....Make that your special bodypart and get it ****ing freaky..........Just my .02
