I dont think there is anyone who can ever compare to my friends gentics so I dont see this as anything at all. I mean great its awesome he can get away with staying "fairly" lean with his habits, but its not a huge deal.
I wish I had some pics of my buddy to show you guys. Just ridiculous.
19 years old
5'9"
255
sub 10% bf
Was into bodybuilding but gave it up a year ago or so, he coulda gone so far. Guy would walk into the gym and warm up with 3 plates on bench for over 20 reps, 3 plates on military press. You guys probably dont even believe me, never seen anything like it at 19...although he looked more like he was 30.

I hate genetically gifted people,
I have a friend (admittedly overweight) who's 5'10 around 290 who can lift up the backend of a honda civic and turn the car to the opposite direction, never set foot in a gym in his life. wtf?

he's still young, give him a few years, the metabolism will slow down and you'll see what happens to the guys who live that lifestyle

Just high metabolism. He's not in great shape, and has no definition.
His body type is like my younger brother. He can eat mcdonalds everyday, eat 5000 cals of junk food, and still look like a skiny twig.

nah i like the idea of the thread...its interesting to see genetics of people who do nothing to foster a desirable physique..i would say hes got some good genetics. i always pay attention to that shit...some dude on the subway, or swimming..i must look pretty gay, but i find myself sizing up the genetics of people around me who dontg work out all the time..like a gene scout or something..haha, but nah, tell that guy to drop the beer, stop the motel front posing sessions and get his ass in the gym
