New pics, 30-day results
No gear, pics were taken 30 days apart. I think the tanning helps more than anything. Waistline is slowly shrinking, but still no abs. Probably a little more time, and they will show. Trying to hit a lean 220 this time next year for a show. Currently 220 and fat.
Stats:
5'10"
220lbs
Arms 18"
Quads 26"
Calves 18.5"
Chest 48"
Waist 36" or so...
Eating clean, one cheat day per week. No cardio yet, but when the show draws near I will start.

very nice work my young padawan learner. right bicep and tricep look improved, thicker upper chest, looks like there is more padding on the stomach and in the second photo your forearms look bigger. Best of luck bro.

I completely switched to all incline movements for my chest, and it seems to be working. My right arm is about .25" bigger than the left, and the bicep peaks more on the right arm. Can't seem to fix it.
Padding will come off when the show time arrives

Nice progress Pad...you're definately starting to lean out a bit, and muscle size is not suffering.
