Looks like you need to add overall mass, especially your chest. What are your stats? ...If I were you I would stick to your compound lifts squat, deadlift, and your presses..

oh sorry stats.
i'm 6'0 170lbs, 22.
My chest does look rather flat in these pics, buts its one of my stronger muscle groups.
Highest i've been is 181 with a 365 bench press. I fractured my thumb two months ago, which cut back on heavy lifting and two weeks ago my left middle finger got crushed (you can see the bandage in the leg pic). so I've been focusing more on cardio and legs while my hands heal up.

A 365 bench? Judging from the pics, I'd say that would be nothing short of miraculous. I weigh 200 and I have a 46" chest and 17" arms. That's me in the avatar. I bench 315 for four reps. Of course, there's much that goes beyond the eyes when it comes to strengh. Limb length, testosterone , neurological efficiency, tendon insertions, muscle belly length, etc. I've seen this shorty dude who weighed about 180 bench 405 but that's definately the exception to the norm - he was a freak. Film and upload you benching 365. If I see it, I'll believe anything is possible. Other than that, do the basics (benchs, squats, deadlifts, rows), vary your workouts, and eat, eat, eat and TELL THE TRUTH! Truthful, sincere guys win respect! Stay away from drugs until you get yourself a base (some mass).

yikes. I woulda knocked off 10lbs if I thought this was going to happen.
I maxed 365 at the end of my cycle (100mg EOD prop / tren ) not sure exactly where my weight was, but I stabilized around 181 at the end of the cycle.
I would do 225 - 10 reps, 275 5 reps, 315 4-5 reps.
I can't toss that up right now to save my life and don't pretend to be able to. But I always have benched well, I have good form and my front deltoids / triceps were a good deal larger. I have had a few injuries over the last couple months like I said earlier. Wrist tendonitis / fractured thumb / crushed finger.
well that's that for what its worth.

not even slightly convinced that you benched that. not the bodyweight that is an issue, its the pics, you barely look like you train and thats after cycle. eat bro, leave off the gear for awhile

I've read through and I don't sense hostility at all. Just honest feedback.

I can bench 600lbs with bad form, just because someone claims a number doesn't mean much, in his mind he might've done 365 but it might've only went a few inches down.
For your critique: What are your goals? You are overall very skinny and lack any kind of muscle development and thickness. I'd suggest a constant training routine that includes all compound movements with strict form and a diet that follows suit.
Keep it up bro, you're still very young and have a good frame to build off of, just need good guidance.

You skinny motherF***. Eat some food!
Jump on a clean bulking diet, some intense workout and You will be golden in no time. All You need is overall mass.
Go to FintessForum, read Sticky topics right up top. Very good info!
Looking good though, very good frame!
Take care!

by the way if you hit 315 4 times you should be able to do 225 alot more then 10 times and 275 in the 7-9 range....

Dang, not to flame but man, if You were able to do 365 EVER, You'd be much more built than You are...
It's better to tell that You lift 135lbs for real than make stories up about lifting 365.
Don't be shy, You can tell us, gotta start somewhere.

I don't see what is so hard to believe. I have a friend who I am helping with rehab training at the moment. He was reguarly benching 220k plusand I have witnessed him bench 235k raw (518lb approx). Full ROM touch chest pause then back up. He weighed just under 200lb at the time. He was prison BP champ of UK and holds several prison records. He does not look HUGE, in fact he looks a lot smaller than me muscle wise. So there ya go, looks aint everything when it comes to benching!!
That aside you do need to sort out your diet and training as you lack thickness and muscle maturity.
