    Yep, i'm 100kgs, i don't know why i look that small..

But i'm also almost 10cm taller than you, that makes a big difference :-)

My arms are 41-41½ cm, but i still look very small, even in real life.. I have no idea why..

Havent done a cycle yet, but i'm planning to do deca and test soon..

Plenty of gains to be had as a nattie if you are prepared to do the work. I'm not sure on the 100kg, though. 40kgs gain is extreme in 20 months.

I'm sorry if i misslead people, but i do not remember my precise starting weight, but i think it was around 60kgs, perhaps 65kgs.

Remember that creatine and stuff add up (i think i was on a creatine cycle when the 20month pictures were shot), besides i'm allmost carbloaded year round, which gives another 2-5kgs, and fat is hard to see on such a tall framei have a fair amount of fat, although it might not be that obvious.

edit: Perhaps i should stay naturual until the age of 20, i don't know.. To me it's a bit of hard question.. I want things to go faster than they do, but i don't want to mess my body up..

you have definately made a lot of progress man. you look a lot better than in those first pics. i can see that you may be 220lbs because you are 6' 4". having said that, 41cm arms?? not quite probably about 36cm. i would definately stay natural for a while, you have gained A LOT natural and you would continue to... good luck man

i'll post a picture of me measuring my arms, when i go visit my parents next week. So that you can see i'm not lying.. And of course i alwas measure in front of a mirror so that i can make sure, that the "measuringband" (Or what the heck it's called in english) is perfectly straight around the arm.

I'll prove it to you, tell me a text i'll have to show on a piece of paper and i'll do it..

EDIT: but thanks for the kind words.. I forget to thank people, because i kindda hate being called a liar.. I know that this is a big board with loads of members and lots of fakers, but i'm not a faker, so please don't treat me like one..

Createne only adds a kg or 2, not 40.

If I was gonna give you some tips it's be to take off your cream high-heeled shoes before you wiegh yourself next time!

Just joking, some good progress made, but I urge you to postpone the gear until your development stagnates. You will maximize your potential better then.

Yeah, but it all adds up eventually :-)

    Whyyy you...

Okay i will, guess i can crank up the calories and gain some more kgs.. I just have to eat a freakin' mall everyday, kind of tough and requires a bit of dedication.. But i'm the man for it!

Already sacked drinking alcohol (in my country you can drink from the age of 16 - ironically it's also the most alcoholdrinking country in the world.) Guess it helps a bit not to pack on too much fat while bulking..

I would just say you need to add overall mass and thickness..I'm no expert by any means..Do you deadlift,Squat?? I would concentrate on low reps heavy weight and see if that helps..What is your diet like??

I'm currently doing deadlift rehab.. I have a kneeinjury, my doc says i'll never squat again, which is kind of sad, since squat burned like hell, and i liked it. although i seem to be able to deadlift.

    I miss squat..

    I'm a born ectomorph who was super-skinny (150lbs!) before I started training.

Keep it up. If it was easy we would take no pride in it.

    hackamaniac: by the way:

When it comes to my diet i do 6-8 meals every day ranging from 600kcals to 1000kcals. It usually gives a total of 4500-4700kcals Every day, which seems to be enough to gain a bit every week..

Sounds like more than enough calories for your weight but you might want to lay it out in the diet forum and get it critiqued...Too make sure you're eating quality calories..

Sure someday when my time is better i'll post it.. I don't know half of the words for the products i'm eating.

But my diet consists mostly of:

    milk
    oatmeal
    dark bread (very grainy stuff)
    meat/fish (ox-meat,chicken,tuna,pig,deer and so on)
    nuts
    salad/vegatables
    white bread

    and as dressing: ketchup

and of course i have a ritual with a post-workout shake with strawberrytaste.

Cheers, bro. I appreciate your comments, but think they are a bit exaggerated!

Anyone can train hard, very few are prepared to diet hard. You are what you eat. You've got good basics, learn from this site and you will do well. I admire the fact that you are accepting the advice, you'd be surprised how many member ask questions they are not prepared to accept answers for.

    Keep it up.

Hm, perhaps your self-image isn't the same as how i see your shape.

I love to eat.. Actually it's quite addicting, that's why i HATE cutting.. I never cutted in a proper manner, but i guess i'll have to do it sometime this year.
If you guys say i'm not ready for gear, then i am not ready. You guys are a lot more experienced than me.

    I will mate!
