    How much Bodyfat

    I'm just wondering how much do guys think is my Bodyfat???? Because at my gym there isn't any machine or someone to meassure BF?

    ps my nips are like that because I had Gyno Surge.

    No doubt. I would say 25-30%, but its all a guess based on low quality pictures. That measurement you got of 22% seems too low.

    Diet will be the main key of course. Most people do well on a high protein/high fat and low carb diet. Just started a Ketogenic diet yesterday here, hoping to get way down. Carbs are the key, you need to keep insulin levels down and start using fat for energy instead of carbs. Eating too many carbs will cause your body to release too much insulin.

    Right now I'm eating only Protein I cut down allot of Carbs I only eat Carbs in the Moring only one slice of whole wheat bread and in the afternoon I eat 1tbsp of Pasta and that's it, But of course that isn't my diet diet just telling you what I eat for carbs, and is going well dude. And believe it or not my BF is 22%

    thx dude last I weigh I weigh about 564.5 lbs (120kg) now I weigh 242.5 (110kg) and feeling good and still motivate to reduce weight. My goal is 209lbs (95kg) for now. and I'm hitting the gym hard also for 1 year

    hmmm happy yeah because common dude Bitch tits, when you are little haha, going to school was like Hell people piss U off haha, and for me it didn't cost nothing, because insurance cover it. Because it is not natural for a man and DOC said the chance of getting breast Cancer is higher for a man with Gyno than a Woman

    hmm interesting...did you have to come up with a legitimate reason for the insurance company to cover (eg. painfull) your surgery?
