my progress pix after cycle

hey guys i have finished my cycle. did 11 weeks test-e 500mg and 10 weeks deca 500mg with around 4 weeks winny 50mg ED inbetween 5-9week
i went from 190 to 210. some of you have seen my previous post with the before pix it is on this forum if you scroll down. i think this cycle went overall good. let me know what you guys think. thanks

well i know my arms are like around 17" but i didnt measure anything else, i will take some wheel shots tomorrow

well i just did my last shot the other day. so i didnt even start pct yet im waiting for the ester to clear, just running HCG e3d 500ui for 2 weeks before i start nolvadex 50mg ed for 2 weeks than 25 mg for 2 weeks with igf1-lr3 and b12 ED 1000mcg injectable. wish me luck

thank you guys, yeah i will start running like a true champ 1nce im done with the pct and hopefully igf1-lr3 will do everything i heard it should =] i will post my results once i am more cut.

here is a wheel shot. i can do 225 like 15 times for alotta sets, i never go over 225 i prolly can do 315 but i usually work out alone and dont have anyone to spot me just in case because i dont want to use to rack to hold the weight so i dont look like a fool lol. you can also see my abs here, what do you guys think my BF% is? i never had it measured

Its really hard to tell.. you must have crazy jacked abs cause you can see them already and it still looks like you're holding extra water/fat

good progress man.. if i had to guess bf% id say 14% lookn good though.. keep up the good work..

^^the top ones look like around 14%
...and the last one looks more like 12%..you can see abs.

thanks guys, i received 2mg of igf1-lr3 the other day which I will start next week for pct. I will use .5mg for 4 weeks eod shots of 40mcg stop for 4 weeks and repeat. then use the other mg thats left for to combine with my summer cycle that will be in a few month after good blood work.
