Off cycle pics...
Few pics, not very good shadows, Ill post one in the dark abit more to show the difference. Leg pic is from a bad angle, try to get a new one tomorrow and one is blurry. I wasa having a hard time posing, did a big back work out before, I was shot.

Carlos- Thanks man, Ive done real well with deads since the last time I posted pics and you said I needed some lower back work, cant see it in these pics but they also helped me with my squating. I changed things up, Im only going to do upper body training 2 times a week, and hit my legs three times, breaking them up into hams and quad workouts. Im going to make a thread in the training section for the workout, be great if you could throw me some ideas.
IBd- I hope to hit 215, Im at 200 right now but ten of the fifteen in my legs, as I asked Carlos hopefully youll have some input. I tries hard to keep things symetric, If I do well enough with my legs I hope to show next winter.
