    Which part of chest is lacking?

    JW if yall could help critique my chest and tell me which part of my chest is lacking so i can hit it harder! sorry bout wrong forum but i posted in pic forum and gettin no response. Bout to start OT cycle, 4 weeks 40 mg ed. woudl like to know which part to concentrate during this cycle. Thx for all the help!

    I think 4 weeks of OT isn't a great idea. Your base could use a lot of work before you even consider using steroids . You don't paint a house when you haven't even poured the foundation.

    there isnt a part that is lagging, you ned mass everywhere. OT by itself is not going to help you much. You could bulk up natty a little more, but if you knwo how to train and are pretty knowledgeable, and are determined to use AS use testosterone . Dont worry too much about the toxicity and stuff, test is a pretty friendly drug if done properly. I would strongly reccomend running liquidex from the start as it seems you already have signs of Gyno. 10 weeks of 400-500mg test/week should add the "lagging" part of you chest, provided you know what you are doing. Have the nolva on hand and the PTC. If you aleady hav the OT just add it for the first week , but do include test or yu won't get the mass you are looking for

    but IMO, you should bulk up natural a little more...

    I dont know that liquidex would help if you have never taken anything. Mybe you should go see an endo before you even start steroid use . Femara is said to help with existing gyno but I realy dont know for sure, never had gyno

    concentrate on eating more clean calories and training naturally for awhile.. gain some natural mass 1st.. shouldn't be that hard for you if you eat correctly. concentrate* on your v-taper shoulders and back

    so chins, deads, lat pulls etc for back to build mass...v-taper? is this talking about the V-shape formed in built backs?
