Getnjakked-9 Weeks Out
Sup guys...Its been 2 weeks since my last pics....here's some updated ones & hopefully better..I'm currently 188lbs.I think I've made some good progress in 2 weeks....just kickin in now. thanks for lookin & commenting..

yes jakked, nice improvement. You are begining to achieve a V taper. It looks to me in your front relaxed that your waist has gottten smaller, actually i think you have a small waist naturally (lucky) and your upper body is fuller. Keep working on really getting those lats out when you hit lat spread....really try to flare them out as much as possible. I can see them, but you are still hiding them. Legs look leaner than your upper, we already talked about this though.....your calves look super, and tear drop is coming in. Keep at it, you are right there. Thinking about hitting the tanning bed any time soon whitey? (LOL!!!)

Your right on track.... I am watching your progress.. we are on the same time line... im 9 weeks out as well for my first show and 11 weeks for the second second... keep it up and let me know what your cardio and meal plan consists of if you want to compare... Test Prop ends on the 13 and then Win for the remaining... going to try clen this year....

Great job, big improvement over last pics, taking anthing for water retention. Imo I would say **** the show and keep building, no sense in cutting for show when your getting such good gains.

I just compared the two standing relaxed from week 11 and this recent week 9
Ill admit I had some doubts when I saw your first set but not any more, your going to look really good esp first show........

how long and what dose are you running prop/mast?
also are you retaining much water?

10weeks of prop/mast 100mg EA EOD...I will stop oil a few days b4 the show... also going to add winny in the last 4 weeks-50mg ED & oral only for the last week up to the show. I have never done winny but I hear its going to have a dramatic affect on me since I have never run it. I think I'm holding some water-yes...running letro .50 ED right now.
