Cycle recommendations for size and strength
This is will be my 2nd cycle that i will be running. The first cycle i used deca 300 and sust 250 for 10 weeks. I was taking 500 of sust and 600 of deca per week, and i did not see many gains, or atleast the gains i wouldve hoped.. most likely because of my diet. But with some research i fixed my diet. With the first cycle i ran post cycle therapy from ids, and tribex.. The reason i did not run nolva or clomid or ne other is bc my source moved and i coldnt find a way to obtain those. Im 6'2" 228 and my bf is around 15%. My goal for this next 10-12 weeks is to gain as much mass as possible with keeping the waist line down. My current diet is this: 4500 cal/day, 250-275 pro/day, 450-500 carb/day..I eat mostly steak, red meats, chicken and turkey breast, tuna..Carbs are primarily pastas, bread. etc.. i try to keep the fat down to a min but i always eat a lil chocolate everynite, idk my body needs it, it wakes me up out of a deep sleep and I need chocolate...weird...My training is

2Back/bi
3off
4-shoulder/tri
5-legs
6-arms (lite)
7-off
Heres a pic of me after 1st cycle, as you can see i need to work on my arms. They are smaller than everything else on my body...any sugg. as to how to grow them is appreciated

arms:16.5
chest:46.5
shoulders: 54.5
waist: 36

Why not run the same cycle only this time EAT to grow !!
Its already a good bulking cycle. But you need to understand that DIET is about 85% of this and the gear is only about 5% the other 10 is training and rest

Your past cycle was fine. Fix your diet and you'll be golden.
