    Post 3 Week's Cutting, Advice needed please!

    I've been cutting for about 3 weeks now! I weighed my self, took some new measurements and pictures yesterday...You can tell I've toned up abit around my waist and abs, some of the measurements have gone down a couple of mm, although I need to take some pictures of the exact place I measure with the calipers so I can get better measurements! My weight has not changed though! Even though I have cut out 210g Carbs and 700cals from my maintainance!

    Here are the measurements taken on the 26th March compared to yesterday on 14/04/07...

    Any advice? My diet is this

    Mission 7% - Cutting Diet??

    Any help will be appreciated!

    I was aiming for a lb of bodyfat loss per week, but I have not lost anything? But it looks like I have lost abit of bodyfat? Anything I could change? Should I have lost more bf in 3 weeks than I have?

    You look alot leaner in the newer pictures, I would keep up with moderate cardio everyday. You said that you were running, how far are you going?

    Running about 30-35 minutes on saturday and sunday morning

    is that it? Cardio at least 5 times a week for 30 mins on either empty stomach or PWO. Suck it up and do the cardio.....

    I do 2 x HIIT and 2x Running on empty Stomach a week.

    Should I do more then? Didn't wannt risk burning muscle

    HIIT is cool

    but if yer worried about burning muscle id switch from running to something low impact like walking on an incline/elliptical

    and if yer REALLLLLLLLY worried pick up some bcaa's...they've been working wonders for me!

    well, I thought HIIT was one of the best meathods of fat burning>?

    I've lost bf already in 3 weeks, and not lost any weight at all, so thats a good thing right?
