About to start 1st cycle (update 3 weeks in)
Here are a few pics (not that great), I'm just researching on my 1st cycle. Currently thinking of using this:
Week 1-11 400mg/wk Test Enathate
Week 1-10 400mg/wk EQ
Week 1-4 50mg Dbol
Week 9-13 50mg/day Winny
any feedback positive/negative would be appreciated.

Hey bro, your cycle looks well thought out. Same as mine as a matter of fact with substituted cyp. instead of enan.
Make sure to have your clomid for post cycle
Arimidex if bloat is a concern
Nolva on hand

End of Week 3
I'm at the end of my 3rd week of my cycle.
1-12 400mg Eq
1-13 500mg Test Enthan
11-15 100mg ED Winny oral
Everything is going great so far but I've yet to feel much of a difference yet. I figured I'd post my latest pics to see if anyone noticed a difference, since its hard for me to notice at this point. Any comments welcome.

I'm up from 175 in the first pics to just under 200 right now. Most of it seems to be water however.

Thanks for the encourgement guys, I've been lifting my ass off and been slowly going up in weight. I'm just getting a little antsy for it to really start kicking in. Week 4 starts tomorrow am with a nice glute shot, I cant wait. I'll be posting pics every 2 weeks or so.

dude you have the size for sure, if you put more on and then cut, it will be all over. I would suggest shaving all that hair and tanning. its will do a world of a difference. good luck with the cycle. I hope everything goes well

I dont know about the shaving... I used to be a swimmer and had to shave everything and I always hated the way it felt, but once I get cut up I may have to do it.
thinkmass, I'll try and get some pics this weekend, I'm currently at 215 and in week 10 of my cycle, I've put on some fat but I've been gaining some decent mass as well.

Ok here's my latest Pics... I know my camera sucks and I cant pose to save my life and its too dark. I've currently got 1 week of test left and 3 of winnny. Any comments good or bad are welcome I can handle it!

Well you can definetly see some difference, although the pics arent good. I had to do a double check, to see clearly. Anyway whats your diet and what brand of gear were you using??? Seems to me at least visually you should have gottern more from that cycle. Seems like your holding alot of water, and seems like you werent eating enough calories. But all in all you can def. tell size wise.

It looks like you put on some nice size!!! 25lbs is a good weight gain, but I have 2 questions for u.
What brand of juice were u taking and what kind of workout regimen are u on?
The reason I'm asking is because you put on nice size, but I would think you should've got more definition on a cycle like yours.
I'm not flaming bro, but i think there is a prob with gear or your workout...JMO

Well to answer your questions I'm on QV EQ and Enathate and ** winny.
The cycle is as follows:
Week 1-11 500mg/wk Test Enathate
Week 1-10 400mg/wk EQ
Week 9-13 50mg/day Winny
I am currently in week 10 week 11 starts monday.
Diet is as follows:
Meal 1
1 Cup oatmeal
Protein shake Optimun nutrition whey 2 scoops in skim milk
Meal 2
1 Chicken breast 6oz
Brown Rice
Meal 3
1 Chicken breast 6oz
Brown Rice
Meal 4
2x Myoplex Deulxe bars (340 cals each and 24 g of <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>)
Meal 5 (preworkout)
1/2 Cup oatmeal
Protein shake Optimun nutrition whey 2 scoops in skim milk
Meal 6 (postworkout)
Dextrose 75grams/Protein 44grams shake
Meal 7
1 steak or 1 chicken breast.
Meal 8
4 Cups Cottage Cheese

Hi - nice gains. Ex-competitive swimmer here too (just hate those shaved legs) and would love to be over 200!

Hey I'm still around I've been cutting on swolegenix and am down to 180 at the moment.
I just started my 2nd cycle on monday:
Week 1 test E 1000mg
Week 2-10 Test E 600mg
Week 1-2 EQ 800mg
Week 3-11 EQ 400mg
Week 11-15 Prop 50mg/day
Week 10-15 Fina 75mg/day
Week 10-15 Winny 50mg/day
Week 1-20 armidex
Week 16-20 Clomid
Nice to see another swimmer on the boards... even if I dont do it anymore.
old-man: yes dextrose is a sugar... perfect for the postworkout shake with protein in it and some ALA. Do a search on the board and you'll find plenty of info.
