3 months progress natural. *PICS*
before stats-
5,8 143lbs 11% bf.
3 months later stats w/diet 4100 cals/ 4 day lifitng routine
5,8" 155 id guess around 15-18% because i did gain alot of fat in my midsection.

not too much progress. but i am just getting into the whole weight lifting gig. lots of work to do on chest lats bi's tri's... pretty much everything. it can get slow and frustrating at times but these newbie gains you guys call them are nice. i feel 10x better throughout the day from quiting smoking/energy drinks/cofee.
eating healthy/resting/ and lifting i believe brought me out of a whole of bad friends/bad habbits/ mild ***ression. now i feel great. ive gotten to the point were when i go to the gym and each rep i feel as if im pumping up. greatest feeling hands down right up there with orgasm.

Although, pulling that off at 4000+ cals would seem to suggest a very high metabolism, which IMO, is a good thing because although you'd have to eat more than alot of people to gain muscle, you can be certain they will be quality gains and you will always have that lean cut look without trying so hard...your pics prove that...Kudos my man, great job, keep at it

also make sure ur doin legs too. workin out larger muscle groups like ur quads and hams makes natural test go up...

ok heres the diet. i personally hate it to death and need to change something or im gonna snap. eating this sh!t everyday has been so... old
first breakfast
250ml egg white
2 whole ***** 3 eggs
1/4 cup mixed beans
1cup mixed vegetables
50g cashews
2 fish oil capsules
second breakfast meal
400g plain yogurt
50g almonds
2 scoops milk protien blend
first lunch meal-
200g lean meat
large garden salad
1 tsp flaxseed
1tsp olive oil
50g walnuts
i drink a whole shake of endurox r4 pre workout, half during, and last half after.(2:1 carb protien recovery drink)
second meal after workout-
200g lean meat
large garden salad
1 serving fruit
50g wild rice
2 fish oil capsules
pre bed meal-
250ml egg whites
1 serving fruit
50g oats
yuck dudes...

id also like to mention im using one of chest6's routines. the 4 day split he posted awhile ago. all my lifts have been going up steadily so i would say its working for me. even though i am just now getting over the shaky feeling from high weight low reps, i think my joints and legaments are just now starting to stabalize.

i wouldnt really call it a cycle as i didnt complete it nor did it help me really, i didnt eat/ lost all gains. got 2 weeks in and had serious nose bleeds so never touched the shit again. i think mainly because i was smoking. headeaches as well. made me not wanna touch another ph until i had real gear. and after all was read and done i drew the conclusion i should wait until atleast 180/ in good health.

Ive seen this plenty of times LOL. I was a regular at a gym a while back and everyone i thought was juicin claimed all natural until i got a job there. i handed out the syringes and gave people shots on a regular basis. They felt really stupid asking me for syringes after bs'ing me for so long.
