    please let me know what you think

    started weight loss on jan 5th it took mee 5 months to lose 78lbs now im thinking about cycles to finish me off.
    here are before and after shots.
    by the way i know there is still a long way to go(just before someone tells me that!)

    wow bro...thats a ton of weight you lost in 5months!!! great job!!! If I were you Id wait to cycle & maximize your gains by staying natural as long as possible...your results will be more dramatic that way IMO

    goddamn man that is incredible!! 78 lbs in 5 months..wow! amazing transformation..as soon as you get to a weight you are comortable with and can just train to gain muscle, you'll be amazed at what kind of size you can put on. good luck with your training and diet man!
