    Heres some new pics of me

    im 22 yrs old..im 5'9 205 right now..i was at about 215 but i cut alittle bit while on eca...ive never really had a set diet ive always just tried to eat healthy and workout when i can...ive just been getting back into the gym about 3 days a week now and trying to do some cardio when i can...what do u guys think my bodyfat is..i took these pics last night...

    Looking good man, especially for not taking the diet to the extremes. If I was to guess maybe 12%, But your back looks good!

    do u guys think im ready for a cycle and if so what do u guys think...im currently like 200-205 and i wanna be sitting at around 190ish but solid...i kno im lackin in my chest and arms right now and if i lost some more fat my abs would be fine...back and legs arent a problem for me so what do u guys think...i just dont wanna do a cycle then have to cut to lose any fat that i gain with the muscle...

    You are looking good but you aren't ready to cycle yet, until you do have a solid diet and consistant training routine and bring up some of your lagging parts hold off the aas idea. Keep on training and plan out a good diet man, you will make more progress naturally and then you can think about doing a cycle after. Good luck man.

    I think his body is ready to cycle but maybe his life style is not.

    Truthfully, your probably better off now than 90% of people that start. Could you gain more naturally? YES! But so could almost everyone that starts a cycle. Your the only one that can really decide if its right for you. Just remember if you do decide to cycle, give it 100% of your attention while your on and during PCT, a half ass cycle will give you half ass results, and possible problems! Good luck man.

    its deff up to u if u cycle or not right now, i agree ur body is in the right place to do it, i agree with dhriscerr that ur bf is about 12%.deff make sure uve got a solid diet in place if u r going to cycle, its more important than the compounds u will be injecting, gl!
