Need advice on work out routine (pics)
Hi im going to hit the gym in about a week and im wondering if any of you guys can give me tips on what i should do to lose my stomach and get cuts, i also want to work on my strength, at my current state would steroids be a better choice then going all natural? Im 5"9 and i weigh about 181lb (82kg) Any advice would be appreciated.

So you haven't even started working out yet and you want to do some steroids . Wait, your not ready. In order to build a structure you have to have a descent foundation. Without a foundation, the gains you receive will most likely be lost after the completion of the cycle. Start off right by visiting the Diet Forum . Once you have your Diet and exercise program dialed in, you'll be able to work on your strength and getting cut. There's no quick answer, it takes plenty of time and hard work in order to obtain results.
P.S. Got Cardio, it works.

diet and cardio, get ur bf to 15% or below, 12%is best IMO, after that consider aas, until then hit it hard and eat clean! get into the diet section and get a diet worked out, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING U WILL EVER DO!

get some kind of pre workout stimulant. take before yuo work out and stay in the gym and run for 30mins after every workout. dont even think about aas right now!

Yeah man, get your diet and workout routine in check and you will be surprised how things come together for you. Aas should only be used to help break through plateaus when you have reached your natural genetic limit, you are far from that.

First Meal (breakfast) 10:00am
2 egg whites 7.2 protein 34 calories
1/2 cup oatmeal 5g protein 150 calories
1 cup (240 ml) zensoy choco calories 170 fatcal: 35 7g protein
2nd meal 1:00pm
almased protein shake 8 tablspoons 180 calories 15 fatcal 25g protein
2 1/2 cans of bumblebee tuna 175 calories fatcal 25 protein 37.5
3rd meal 3:30 pm
Green Giant Brocolli and carrots 120 calories 50 fat calories 4g protein
1 cup (240 ml) zensoy choco calories 170 fatcal: 35 7g protein
Work out
4th meal 5:30 pm
almased protein shake 8 tablspoons 180 calories 15 fatcal 25g protein
Green Giant Brocolli and carrots 120 calories 50 fat calories 4g protein
5th meal: 8:00 pm
almased protein shake 8 tablspoons 180 calories 15 fatcal 25g protein
2 1/2 cans of bumblebee tuna 175 calories fatcal 25 protein 37.5
9:00pm walk till 10:30 pm
total 1654: calories fatcal: 270 protein: 184
Hows that, I think it sounds good for my needs, what do you guys think?

More meat in your diet and no steriods would not be a good route as of yet.

cals r too low, u need at least 250mg of prots ed IMO, ur source for the prots r lean meats, chicken breast, tuna,lean ground beef,fish, THROW AWAY the prot shakes!i only drink one prot shake a day and thats post workout and i get 380grms of prot a day, also post this up in the diet section u'll get more play

thanks for the advice, but what is a good protein shake, the reason i put alot of shakes in the diet was because the one i posted is all natural, i guess i can switch it, but what is the best protein shake to build muscles?

There are no magic protein shakes, but what there is, is magic food. As previously stated before, your best choices for lean protein are: chicken breasts, eggs, tuna, leen ground beef, etc..... I like canned salmon, it has none of the smell that tuna has, its milder.

i know no one really gave u a direct answer to your question about whats a good protein. imo just go to gnc and get 100% whey protein. it taste good and its a good quality protein. dont spend tons of money on the new product that is supose to be the best protein out there.. just get some whey protein and get a good 2 shakes in 1 right after workout and 2nd little b4 bed. hope this gives u a more direct answer to the question u asked...
