Hey heres some pics plz tell me what you think i have been off for 3 months putin on some fat lol startin a 3 or 4 month cycle soon i will send you pics through out the time :P tell me what ya think

kind of hard to tell with the color of the pics, looks like you have a bit of size but definitely need to cut and drop some bf.

The first pic especially is just odd to be quite honest. It's like half ur shoulder and arm. You inverted all of the pics which really makes it look weird.
I can tell about this much. You dont have any legs and you are pretty fat.
Hopefully you can swing by our diet forum and start to cut up, hopefully you can get soem definition to show through and keep training hard. I would lay off the cycling for sure until you figure out how to grow naturally. Your chest and yoru stomach stick out the same distance, and your shoulders pretty much line up with your waist giving you a really flat blocky look of a normal Joe.
Try to maybe post up your diet in the diet forum and also your training routine in out fitness forums, that way you ca get some advice from the great guys around here to help you with your progress. Props for putting up pics though. What are you stats exactly?

Wow you have bad stretch marks there, not much to say your body your life but you could be looking better, being off cycle is no excuse to become fat.

I think you have a possibility to do something with your current physique. i wouldnt be thinking about a cycle, I would be concentrating on learning how to grow through proper nutrition and training.

cut down before you do any more cycles...i would lose a good 5-8% before even thinking about it...for the sake of making your gains as efficient as possible, dont hop back on untill your body is in a state where you can put on a little bf, and still come out looking bigger and better.

i am 18 and i don't know a few years off and on. i was just look to be stronger not looks but i desided to change that i will give you a nother few pics in a month and show you the difference. and i didn't mean a roid cycle i meant like work out stuff lol :P soo about that i never took roids yeat i am gonna be cutin for the next 4 months and i will show you the difference (and for get the bad hair due lmao i just woke up and i desided to take those pics. and about the strech marks why would i have those.

no man i use too be smaller and i got big fast i uset to be skinny and i got big fast and then i hurt my wrist bad and stoped for 3 or 4 months, now i am getin back on. Thanks for the advice boys and more would help allot. i will try that rubbing bio oil when i can find some man i got bad stretch marks under my arms and behind them.
I am gonna get Opti-Men, Iso XP and NxLabs Mass System, NoXplode and Cheaters for the first month.
And for the second month Opti-Men, Iso XP and NxLabs Ripped System, NoXplode and Cheaters.
And for the third month Opti-Men, Iso XP and NoXplode and Test Boost II for the off cycle of M1t's.
any one wanna critic that?

I thought u said you dont use steroids yet you mention M1T above. So whats the deal. Do you use AAS or not?

I've got nothing against supplements, but the biggest bang for your buck is to learn proper dieting, if you don't start with that the supplements won't help much. I like to use NO before a work out, but that's about it for me.

So you didnt answer my question. Are you going to use M1t? Because you realize that is a steroid right and you will need to use proper post cycle therapy after taking it.

Ya I would personally never use any of that stuff. Not even the protein. But we all learn as we go along. I used to use some supps back when.

Ya my plan was to use the systems to mass then lean up for the roid cycle. is that a good idea??? and i right now i am using the meat plan that mass system suplys basicly too the butten witch has a work out plan too. and i am gonna use 2 weeks on 1 week off and 2 on one 1 you know. Do you think thats good? I am not very experinced i was more of a hockey guy that heard fat helps you get biger lmao. And all i uset too do is one off 1 on and work out hard on every thing.So input helps.

You DO NOT nned to be doing that diet. That is more calories than I take in man. That is way overkill, plus you are already at a high bodyfat percentage. Prepare to get fatter if you do that diet.
And you are no where near mentally or physically ready for a cycle. You said you wanna do the cycle after you cut which you said would be in 2 months. Should probably make it 2 YEARS.
If you dont even know how to construct your own diet in order to put on muscle how do you think you will fair using AAS?

C Bino is right,i am 248lb and i take in 4500cals. U have 2 learn everybodys body is diffrent eg my split goes 40%pro 40%carb 20%fats coz me carb sensitive. learn your body be4 u start on the aas and drop some bf. Good luck
