hey everyone im new here are some pics
hey everyone i live in northeast arkansas im 18 year's old but here is some stats
5'9 my weight of now is 200 lbs and my bodyfat is about 15% but here are just a few of my max's as of now
REG bench=275lbs max
incline bench=315lbs max
military press=245lbs max
here is some pics of me when i weighed 175 lbs 1 year ago, the last pic was taken about 2 months ago my weight was 195

i thought you couldn't do as much weight on the incline press as you could on the flat press

well i usually i just leg press with 450lbs and squat with 285 lbs usually doing 4 sets of 12
now for incline i dunno what the deal is, im just stronger on it and i feel comfortable doing it

and my workout schedule is this
Mon= bench, back
Tues= bi's, tri's
Wed= ab's leg's some cardio
Thurs= bench tri's

I can hit 365lbs on incline, but can't do 275 on flat. But then again that's because my pec is torn. Maybe you got a busted chest, and didn't even know it. LOL
